The beginning of a design project is the most exciting and because it’s also the most important, many people find that exploring solutions is best guided by a professional design consultant.
Pinkus Interiors offers an insightful and non-intimidating in-home visit that helps us learn more about our clients, their life-style and the vision they want to create.
This minimum 2 hour, flat-fee consultation (with additional hours available), is spent discussing colour selection, space analysis, furnishings, placement and budget. Our goal is to provide a summary of ideas, estimated costs and locations to buy items if choosing the DIY path.

The successful implementation of concept to completion requires overall project coordination from a qualified design professional.
After the initial in-home consultation, Pinkus Interiors evaluates the summary given and develops a concept tailored to clients’ needs. Based on those needs, we source all components of the plan, bring in trades where needed, take measurements, and estimate costs while working within the clients’ budget.
Once the plan is presented and the client is satisfied with the direction, the project begins. Items are then ordered, trades are organized and scheduled, and the client never has to deal with the stress and logistics of this stage.
Our commitment to weekly communication with the client on the progress of the project ensures that items are delivered, received, inspected, and installed on time and in good order.
This service is for design projects that require renovations or remodeling of bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, built-ins, fireplaces and basements.
After the Design Process, you can trust that Pinkus Interiors will determine the range of skills and expertise required to complete the project. We will source, schedule and coordinate the appropriate trades people, provide management and on-site supervision, and review trade invoices to be sure they’re correct. Our goal is to ensure that the arrival of all goods are on-site in a timely manner and ready to go for the trades.
